Who We Are
EditPi is an academic editing and research-support company founded by Dr. Surya Nandan Meena, a researcher with a PhD in Biotechnology and experience in academic editing. EditPi was founded in 2025 and is based in Vasco da Gama, Goa, India
We work with individual researchers and institutions in medicine, life sciences, public health, engineering, chemistry, agriculture, social sciences and related fields. Our support covers the stages where research is most often delayed: language and structure, references and evidence, data reporting, journal requirements and responses to peer review.

A Note from Our Founder
I founded EditPi to help researchers present their work clearly, accurately and professionally before journal submission, thesis evaluation or grant review.
As a researcher and academic editor, I know how much effort goes into a manuscript, thesis, review paper or proposal. I have also seen strong research delayed by problems that could have been avoided: unclear language, weak structure, formatting errors, incorrect references, or concerns about AI-assisted writing and text similarity.
EditPi was created to reduce these barriers. Our team works with researchers, clinicians, PhD scholars, faculty members, universities and research organisations across many fields. Every project is handled with attention to subject accuracy, confidentiality, publication standards and research integrity.
Our aim is not only to edit text, but to help researchers present their work with clarity, confidence and integrity.

Acknowledging Editorial Support
Editorial and writing assistance alone do not qualify a contributor for authorship. Contributors who meet the journal’s full authorship criteria should be credited accordingly. Authors should follow their target journal’s authorship and acknowledgment policies and acknowledge EditPi’s support where required.
