At EditPi, we aim to provide clear, fair and transparent payment, cancellation and refund terms for our customised academic and research-support services.
Effective Date: 5 September 2026
Refund at a Glance
Before work begins
Full refund normally available.
Completed work delivered
Delivered services or milestones are normally non-refundable, but eligible quality issues can be corrected.
Work in progress
Refund is calculated after deducting the reasonable value of work already completed.
Quality concern
Contact EditPi with specific examples. Eligible issues within the original scope will be reviewed and corrected.
SCOPE & PAYMENTS
Scope of This Policy
This policy applies to services purchased directly from EditPi through our website, invoice, email, payment link, or other approved payment methods. Refund eligibility depends on whether work has started, how much work has been completed, and whether any deliverable has already been provided.
Payment and Order Confirmation
Service fees are based on the selected service, project complexity, word count, turnaround time, and specific requirements. Work normally begins after the required payment or deposit and all necessary project materials have been received. Applicable taxes or transaction charges may apply where required.
CANCELLATION & REFUND ELIGIBILITY
Cancellation Before Work Begins
If you cancel before Editpi begins the agreed work, your payment is generally eligible for a full refund. Non-recoverable transaction charges, if any, may be deducted.
Cancellation After Work Has Started
If work has already started, any eligible refund will be calculated after deducting the reasonable value of work completed up to the cancellation date.
Cancellation After Delivery
Once the agreed work or milestone has been delivered, cancellation is generally not eligible for a refund. Eligible quality concerns within the original scope may still be reviewed and corrected.
Non-delivery by EditPi.

If EditPi is unable to deliver the agreed service within the confirmed scope and timeline, the affected payment may be eligible for a full or proportionate refund after review.
REVISIONS & QUALITY
Revision Requests
EditPi will review reasonable revision requests that fall within the originally agreed scope. New content, additional analysis, changed instructions, or work beyond the original scope may require an additional fee.
Language Quality Support Guarantee
If an eligible language or editing issue within the agreed scope remains in the delivered document, EditPi will review and correct it without an additional editing charge. Clients should provide clear examples so the concern can be assessed and addressed appropriately.
Important: No Guarantee of Journal Acceptance
EditPi does not guarantee manuscript acceptance, publication, peer-review outcomes, or editorial decisions. Journal rejection alone does not indicate a failure in EditPi’s service and is not, by itself, grounds for a refund.
NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS & PROCESSING
Items Normally Not Eligible for Refund
The following situations are normally not eligible for a refund:
• Work, milestones, or deliverables that have already been completed and delivered.
• A change of mind after the agreed work has been completed or delivered.
• Journal rejection, editorial decisions, or peer-review outcomes alone.
• Delays or issues caused by incomplete, incorrect, or late information provided by the client.
• Requests for new work, additional analysis, changed instructions, or services outside the originally agreed scope.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact EditPi with your order or invoice number, payment details, reason for the request, and any relevant supporting information.
Email: orders@editpi.org
Phone/WhatsApp: +91 7796480843
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are normally initiated within 5 business days after approval. Once the refund has been initiated, the time required for the amount to appear in your account depends on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider and is outside EditPi’s direct control.
Client Responsibilities and Project Delays
Clients should provide complete and accurate materials, instructions, approvals, and feedback within the agreed timeframe. Delayed inputs, changed instructions, or requests for additional work may affect the delivery date and may require a revised quotation. EditPi remains responsible for delays that are directly within its control.
Complaints and Dispute Resolution
If you have a complaint about an EditPi service, payment, refund decision, or project outcome, please contact EditPi first with your order details and a clear description of the issue. We will review the matter and make reasonable efforts to resolve it fairly.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, it will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts and authorities as applicable under law.
