Terms & Conditions (Pricing & Delivery)

 

1. This calculator provides an instant estimate based on the selected service, word/page count, add-ons, delivery speed, and discount. The final quote may change after scope review (e.g., heavy rewriting, poor language quality, complex formatting, extensive references, tables/figures, or special journal requirements).

2. Minimum billing: A minimum order value may apply depending on the service type (editing/writing/grant/proposals). If applicable, the final quote will follow the minimum billing amount.

3. Word count basis: Word-based pricing is calculated from the editable text content (excluding references unless editing is requested for references). For add-ons like reduction, pricing may be based on the sections selected/flagged rather than the full document (as agreed).

4. Plagiarism reduction & AI reduction: These services involve rewriting and restructuring for originality and are more complex than basic language editing. Pricing and scope may vary depending on similarity/AI-detection level, journal rules, and the amount of text requiring rewriting.

5. Revisions: Standard delivery includes up to 1–2 revision rounds for factual/clarity edits within a defined period (e.g., 7 days). Substantial new content, new data, or major scope changes are billed separately.

6. Delivery timelines: Delivery time starts after payment confirmation and receipt of complete files/instructions. Express/same-day delivery is subject to availability and may have word-limit caps.

7. Discount policy: Only one discount applies per order (best applicable discount is used). Discounts may not apply to premium services (e.g., advanced editing, grants, same-day delivery) unless explicitly stated.

8. Confidentiality: All documents and data are treated as confidential and used only for delivering the requested service. NDA can be provided on request.

9. Formatting & layout: Formatting includes standard layout adjustments. Complex journal templates, figure recreation, extensive table redesign, or reference style conversions may be priced separately.

10. Taxes: GST extra if applicable (typically for India-billed invoices as per law). International billing/tax treatment depends on location and regulations.

11. Payments & refunds: Work begins after payment confirmation. Refunds are considered only for unstarted work or clearly defined non-delivery cases; partial work completed is billed proportionately.

12. Client responsibility: Clients must ensure authorship integrity and accuracy of scientific content; editing/reduction services do not replace ethical research conduct or guarantee acceptance/publication.
